Combining Mike’s knowledge of consumer electronic, appliance and auto service contracts with our cutting edge actuarial techniques will enable our firm to move to the forefront of service contract consulting, while enhancing our ability to provide actuarial consulting for other lines of business.” Michael Zarember has 20 years of actuarial experience, the last 13 of which have been spent in the administration and insurance of service contracts. Mike spent the past 10 years heading the Actuarial and Risk Services division at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies. Prior to N.E.W., he spent 3 years at AIG Warranty. Mike is both a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
