John Kerper, FSA, MAAA John Kerper's practice focuses on providing actuarial services to insurance companies which insure vehicle service contracts and related products, including "GAP", residual value, and finance reserve. John is considered an industry expert in the field of vehicle service contracts and has written several papers on the analysis of extended warranty liabilities. He is also a frequent speaker at seminars on these topics. John has been a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries since 1987. Lee Bowron, ACAS, MAAA Lee Bowron is a former Chief Actuary who seeks to combine good business judgment with actuarial skills. His clients include insurance companies, state governments, reinsurance companies, managing general agencies and financial consulting firms.
Lee Bowron is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is an approved actuary for captive insurance feasibility studies in South Carolina and the District of Columbia.
